We don’t exist to manage risk or to warn you about weight limits. We exist to help people grow capacity — to make sure the nervous system that runs everything else in your kid's body has the function it needs to absorb normal life without normal life turning into dysfunction. Somewhere along the way, we decided kids' bodies get a pass because they will grow out of it. A ten-year-old with no control of their body gets called “clumsy” . An angry teenager gets called “just a phase." A kid who is suffering gets called "growing pains."

They don’t grow out of it. They grow with it. They adapt to it until it becomes their normal. Only dysfunction is not normal. It's just common. Those are two very different things, and mixing them up is costing an entire generation their function before they're old enough to notice they've lost it.
