Between skydives, he received his first adjustment from a chiropractor, creating an electric, full-body experience that instantly shifted his perspective. Dr. Norman earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida before going on to complete both his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Nutrition at Parker University, giving him a well-rounded approach to health and human performance.

- First visit: 30–40 minutes (consultation, X-rays, first adjustment)
- Second visit: 30 minutes (review findings, second adjustment, care plan)
- Ongoing visits: 15–20 minutes (focused adjustments, quick and effective)
It’s completely normal to feel nervous about neck adjustments. Many people do at first! The good news is that chiropractic neck adjustments are incredibly safe when performed by trained professionals. Our chiropractors use precise, gentle movements to restore proper motion in the cervical spine, and research shows the risk of serious complications is extremely low. Far lower than everyday activities like driving or getting your hair washed at a salon. Adjustments don’t “crack” bones; the sound you hear is the release of tiny pockets of air from the joints, similar to cracking your knuckles. We’ll always take the time to talk you through each step, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and in control before any adjustment happens.
