Dr. Adam Chase, D.C., is a patient-centered chiropractor focused on helping individuals restore function, move with confidence, and perform at their highest level. His approach goes beyond symptoms—centered on how the body functions, adapts, and heals through precise adjustments, movement, and lifestyle guidance.
His path into chiropractic was shaped by personal experience as an athlete. After being told he might not return to football following surgery, Dr. Adam turned to consistent chiropractic care and was back on the field a month and a half ahead of schedule. That moment redefined his understanding of the body’s potential and ultimately led him to pursue chiropractic as a profession.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Doctorate from the National University of Health Sciences, building a strong foundation in human performance and neurologically focused care.
Dr. Adam believes that when the nervous system is free from interference, the body is capable of adapting, recovering, and thriving at a higher level. He works with patients of all ages to help them move better, function optimally, and fully engage in the activities that matter most—through a natural, non-invasive approach to long-term health.

Yes. Chiropractic is one of the safest healthcare options available. Serious complications are extremely rare—less likely than being struck by lightning. Our profession’s malpractice insurance rates are proof of its safety.
Yes. We accept most insurance plans and will verify your coverage during your first visit.
Costs depend on your personalized care plan, which we design based on your health needs and goals. Many patients use insurance, and we’ll verify your benefits to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. No insurance? We’ll work with you on an affordable payment plan.
- Medicare: We accept most Medicare policies, including supplement plans. We’ll walk you through how it applies to your care.
- Medicaid: Due to state restrictions, we cannot accept Medicaid payments. However, Medicaid recipients still qualify for our affordable self-pay rates.
Most likely, yes. After a full exam—including scans and X-rays if needed—your chiropractor will adjust you if it’s safe and appropriate. We’ll then schedule a follow-up to review your results and create your care plan.
Ability is proud of our hands on manual adjusting techniques. We use Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), a highly researched method focused on correcting spinal shifts. Adjustments may involve drop tables, gentle instruments, or traditional hands-on methods. We’ll always discuss your comfort level before starting.
Every patient is different. After your initial evaluation, your doctor will recommend a care plan tailored to your needs and goals. We don’t belive in once size fits all care!
Every body heals at its own pace. Some patients notice improvements after just 1–2 adjustments, while others take more time depending on their needs. Our focus is on removing nerve interference so your body can naturally heal and function at its best. There is such a thing as too few adjustments but never too many adjustments!
Yes. X-rays help us see exactly what’s happening with your spine so we can adjust you safely and effectively.
- First visit: 30–40 minutes (consultation, X-rays, first adjustment)
- Second visit: 30 minutes (review findings, second adjustment, care plan)
- Ongoing visits: 15–20 minutes (focused adjustments, quick and effective)
It’s completely normal to feel nervous about neck adjustments. Many people do at first! The good news is that chiropractic neck adjustments are incredibly safe when performed by trained professionals. Our chiropractors use precise, gentle movements to restore proper motion in the cervical spine, and research shows the risk of serious complications is extremely low. Far lower than everyday activities like driving or getting your hair washed at a salon. Adjustments don’t “crack” bones; the sound you hear is the release of tiny pockets of air from the joints, similar to cracking your knuckles. We’ll always take the time to talk you through each step, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and in control before any adjustment happens. Your safety, trust, and comfort come first—always.

Highly, highly recommend Dr. Tony Eckert!! He has been so wonderful with my first chiropractic experience and so accommodating. Having suffered with chronic migraines for my whole life, with really nothing to prove long term helpful for relief, Dr. Tony was eager to find the fix. When I first started my visits, I came off of a daily preventative medication and went the longest I could remember in years without having a migraine. When my plan of action dropped to reduced frequency of visits, the migraine frequency came back a bit, which genuinely frustrated Dr. Tony almost as much as it did me. We bumped my visit frequency back up and the migraines have become scarce again. While we are exploring some deeper, neurological possibilities that may mean I am never completely free, I am so thankful to be getting the relief I am, working with a Dr who truly cares about my well-being and in an environment that encourages conversations between patients and doctors, with education and recommendations on all things life.
