These terms explain the use of the Ability Chiropractic website and the text messaging program. The text message terms apply when an adult chooses to opt in to messages from Ability Chiropractic. Clinical care and patient records may be governed by additional documents provided by the applicable clinic.
1. Website Use
Ability Chiropractic provides information about chiropractic services, clinic locations, appointments, and related educational content at www.abilitychiro.com. Website content is for general information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use a website form for a medical emergency.
Please provide accurate information when submitting a form and do not interfere with the security or operation of the website. Links to services operated by other organizations are subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
2. Ability Chiropractic Text Messaging Program
Ability Chiropractic may send non-marketing text messages about inquiries, scheduling links, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related service communications to people who choose that category. People who separately choose marketing texts may receive special offers, promotions, wellness information, and service updates. The messages you receive depend on the consent you provide.
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or receiving services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or from us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
3. Opt Out and Support
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Ability Chiropractic. We may send a final text confirming your opt-out. To join again, submit a new opt-in through an Ability Chiropractic form or another approved consent method.

4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to Ability Chiropractic text messages. A parent or legal guardian may contact us regarding care for a minor using their own contact information.
5. Privacy and Patient Information
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect website and marketing information. Read it at https://www.abilitychiro.com/website-privacy-policy/. A clinic’s separate Notice of Privacy Practices may govern protected health information maintained by that clinic.
